Snowy Granola Bites

Bring a wintery to snack time with these Snowy Granola Bites—made using Fudge Dipped Chocolate Chip Chewy Granola Bars, then dipped in festive white coating to create little wintery scene treats. Ingredients:

1 Carton Fudge Dipped Chocolate Chip Chewy Granola Bars 

Green Candy Melts

White Candy Melts or White Frosting

White Nonpareil Sprinkes

Large Sugar Sprinkles


Supplies:

Microwaveable Bowls

Piping Bag

Parchment-lined Baking Sheet

Directions:

  1. Cut each granola bar in half and set on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Next, melt the green candy coating according to package instructions.
  3. Pour into a piping bag or zipper bag with the end snipped off and pipe a straight line down the center of the bar. Next, in a zig zag motion, pipe the tree in the middle of the bar.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the white nonpareil sprinkles over the tree.
  5. Now, dip the cut end into the melted white candy coating (or frost with white frosting)
  6. Immediately sprinkle with the large sugar sprinkles on top of the white snow.
