Snowy Granola Bites
Bring a wintery to snack time with these Snowy Granola Bites—made using Fudge Dipped Chocolate Chip Chewy Granola Bars, then dipped in festive white coating to create little wintery scene treats. Ingredients:
1 Carton Fudge Dipped Chocolate Chip Chewy Granola Bars
Green Candy Melts
White Candy Melts or White Frosting
White Nonpareil Sprinkes
Large Sugar Sprinkles
Supplies:
Microwaveable Bowls
Piping Bag
Parchment-lined Baking Sheet
Directions:
- Cut each granola bar in half and set on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Next, melt the green candy coating according to package instructions.
- Pour into a piping bag or zipper bag with the end snipped off and pipe a straight line down the center of the bar. Next, in a zig zag motion, pipe the tree in the middle of the bar.
- Immediately sprinkle the white nonpareil sprinkles over the tree.
- Now, dip the cut end into the melted white candy coating (or frost with white frosting)
- Immediately sprinkle with the large sugar sprinkles on top of the white snow.
