
When you want a treat that looks fancy but takes zero effort—this is it. We layered our popular Oats & Honey Chewy Granola Bars with banana slices and chocolate-dipped strawberries, then drizzled with just enough while chocolate to make your taste buds sing. It’s basically a bite-sized party on a plate. This easy, no-bake recipe is perfect as a dessert alternative or for an afternoon treat when you need something sweet.
Makes 20 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Carton Oats & Honey Chewy Granola Bars
- 30 Fresh Strawberries, whole
- 3 Medium Bananas, ripened
- 5 Ounce Container Melting Chocolate
- White Chocolate, melted for optional drizzle
Supplies:
- Small Skewers or Toothpicks
- Parchment Paper-Lined Cookie Sheet
Directions:
- On medium cookie sheet, place parchment paper.
- Unwrap each granola bar and cut each bar into 3 pieces.
- Once each bar is cut, arrange on parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate according to the package directions.
- In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate according to the package directions.
- Cut each banana into 1" pieces.
- Begin to skewer each granola bar, layering the banana and strawberry.
- Once each skewer is layered, drizzle the melted white chocolate.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is hardened.
- Serve immediately.

Change up the fresh fruit to match the season like using raspberries, blueberries, kiwi or pineapple!
