
Snickerdoodle Apple Crisps

Makes 4 Servings
Topping Ingredients:
- 1 Carton Snickerdoodle Chewy Granola Bars
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, cubbed
- Pinch Kosher Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Filling Ingredients:
- 1 Can Apple Pie Filling
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Supplies:
- Food Processor or Blender
- Large Baking Dish
- Nonstick Spray
- Mini Jars with Lids, optional
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
- Unwrap each Snickerdoodle Chewy Granola Bar and pulse in food processor until fine and crumbly. Set aside in medium mixing bowl.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the filling ingredients - apple pie filling, cinnamon and lemon juice. Set aside.
- In the medium mixing bowl with granola mixture, combine the rest of the topping ingredients except for unsalted butter - combine topping ingredients - brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and kosher salt.
- Begin to cut in unsalted butter cubes until mixture is in pea-sized crumbs.
- In large prepared baking dish, add the filling ingredients and then add the topping ingredients.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until dish is firm and browned top.
- To serve, add to mini jars with lids or keep in large baking dish and scoop into individual bowls.
