
Toss the cereal and grab the blender! This vibrant Strawberry Smoothie Bowl gets its crunch from crumbled Chocolate Chip Chewy Granola Bars. Topped with sliced fresh strawberries, extra chocolate chunks, chia seeds and ribbons of chocolate (because why not?), it's the perfect way to add a chocolatey kick to your morning routine.
Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 Chocolate Chip Chewy Granola Bars, unwrapped
- 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1/4 Cup Milk or Nondairy Milk
- Fresh Strawberries, optional topping
Supplies:
- Blender
Directions:
- Add your frozen strawberries and milk to the blender.
- For a thicker smoothie, add additional strawberries.
- Pour into a serving bowl and top with one to two crumbled granola bars and fresh sliced strawberries. Add chia seeds, extra chocolate chunks and chocolate ribbons.
- Enjoy!
