Ingredients:
- 2 Cartons Snickerdoodle Chewy Granola Bars
- 2 8 Ounce Packages Cream Cheese, room temperate
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Extract, optional
- 1 8 Ounce Container Whipped Topping
Supplies:
- 8x8 Glass Dish or Pan
- Parchment Paper
- Food Processor or Blender
- Electric Hand Mixer
Directions:
- Add the unwrapped granola bars to a food processor or blender and finely crumble.
- Press the crumbled granola into the parchment-lined 8x8 dish.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Top the granola with the filling and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Refrigerate until firm, up to 3 hours or overnight.
- Remove and serve!
